The products can be shipped out 14 days after receiving deposit or original L/C. During peak shipping season it may take slightly longer to 21 days to ship orders.

For item number End with “-DS”, they are ISTA 1A drop test packing/Mail packing.
For other items, current stocks are not drop ship packing. Please discuss with our Sales Specialists for more details about drop ship packing.

All claims (damages, shortages, etc.) must be filed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
 

 Normally we accept T/T, 30% deposit should be paid before production, and balance paid before shipping. Contact us to get more details.

We do not charge for design,  but should be paid before design as down payment, it will be used as deposit.
