  • DOES QUALWELL HOME SELL DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS?
    No – Qualwell Home only sells to wholesalers and retail customers. Our products are carried by thousands of high-quality wholesalers, retail stores and e-commerce web sites around the world making them easy to find through our retail partners.

  • DOES QUALWELL HOME STOCKS DROP SHIP?
    For item number End with “-DS”, they are ISTA 1A drop test packing/Mail packing.
    For other items, current stocks are not drop ship packing. Please discuss with our Sales Specialists for more details about drop ship packing.

  • HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    The products can be shipped out 14 days after receiving deposit or original L/C. During peak shipping season it may take slightly longer to 21 days to ship orders.

  • WHAT HAPPENS OF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
    Qualwell Home provides product availability information on each product on our site, so you will be able to see the various ship dates on an order. If something is unavailable or out of stock at your requested ship date, please contact with our Sales Specialists to discuss.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
     TT30% deposit, balance 70% upon receive copy of shipping documents. Or L/C At Sight once order amount over US$15,000.

SHIPPING INFOMATION


  • FOB SHENZHEN OR XIAMEN by FCL – Full Container Load (20’GP, 40’GP or 40’HQ). Surcharge US$350 for LCL or consolidation. Transport to other shipping port, will be EXW or surcharge by discussed.
     
  • MOQ: 1 Full carton for each item, could maximize the variety of products into one container.
     
  • Payment terms: TT30% deposit, balance 70% upon receive copy of shipping documents. Or L/C At Sight once order amount over US$15,000.
     
  • All the stock merchandise with standard carton shipping marks and products UPC labels.
     
  • The products can be shipped out during 14-21 days after receiving deposit or original L/C.
     
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt, as claims or returns must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.

CLAIMS POLICY


  • All claims (damages, shortages, etc.) must be filed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
     
  • Qualwell Home products are predominantly hand crafted and may therefore have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. Minor irregularities may occur and are not considered defects.
     
  • Report any visible damage to us immediately upon receipt. Please take a photo of the visible damage before opening or unpacking any boxes as this will be very useful in the claims process.
     
  • Clear details of the claims are provided, including invoice number or PO number, item number, fault/damage quantity, images of the damaged item(s), and brief description of the fault/damage.
     
  • Our packing is seaworthy safety packing, we are only responsible for the damages caused during transportation from our warehouse to your warehouse, not including delivery to your customers/stores.
     
  • If Claims are confirmed accepted by Qualwell Home QC dept., choose by customer, Replacement or Debit Note will be arranged accordingly.
    All claims must be directed to, and approved by Qualwell Home Customer Care/QC Department.
